I took this picture of “Casajordi” because it tells the truth : Imagination is my religion.If you only believe and if you dream of something but you can’t realize it…there is still your imagination.
And this picture is made so crazy and colourful like it is often in an Imagination.

Aswell as illustration i also love photography.
I also love to drive and have a particular soft spot for colour and shallow depth of field.
Already you can see why i like this image but it made me laugh as the photograph seems to not only focus on the ‘make’ but also the headlight.
I have a vintage car and as i was driving home the other day at about 11pm (so in the dark) along country roads, my headlights PACKED UP!
Scary stuff, luckily i wasnt too far from home so i pulled over and my dad came to the rescue.
Went and picked the car up the next morning but still no headlights!
haha thats what you get for buying classics!

because when I look at it, my imagination goes wild. I like the simplicity about it, the quiet atmosphere.
It’s obviously linked to ballet but it also makes me think of many things… like water-lilies (the painting by Claude monnet: Les Nympheas), or a clock on 10.10, or someone who just jumped into another world…Just looking at this picture makes me travel far.

I like this image becauses it shows the irony of life. At Christmas, we celebrate by shredding the skin of innocent presents, that has been raised in that purpose, letting them hope they’ll grown up to be better presents that’ll change the face of humanity. And slightly before they reach majority, we slaughter them. Before ripping them to shred in public, even in front of children, teaching them it can be good to kill such creature, making them think a tormented version of morality.
And we want our kids to be presidents, lawyers or doctors? Are we kidding or what?
Oh, vegans defend turkeys for sure, but rare are the ones who dare to stand up and denonciate that present massacre. That’s why I like this drawing, as the artist wanted to show our own cruelty from a reverse point of view, to achieve a love/hate reaction from so-called human people.
