Things that need to be seen…

Direct from the designers website:
The structure of the RbG glasses has an internal channel where the colourful ink passes through, painting it with the colours you desire, allowing you to have a different look every time you want.
Made in plastic with a flexible part in the arm of the structure. Filled with water based ink.
I’m not sure if this is a good invention or not, but the concept is headed in the right direction.

If I understood correctly you can fill the pair of glasses with a different coloured ink everyday for a new look.

Just seems to me like a messy gig, plus what if they get hit real hard or an end pops off, then you are covered in ink, water-based or not, that would suck.

Clever invention, or just another bad idea?

Well, it’s about time I got one of these since I’ve never had one in my life, a ear infection.
Now if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to fly to South Carolina and in the process I ruptured my eardrum because of the pressure. Exciting stuff yeah.
So in case there is any confusion, to illustrate:

So the rupture is a small hole or tear in the eardrum. Probably the most pain I’ve ever been in. I can’t tell if the pain is from the infection or the rupture, probably a combo of both. With the hole in my eardrum, pressure builds up in my ear/inner ear causing massive headaches and sharp pain, woohoo!!!
I’m heavily medicated and surprised I managed to write this post, but I couldn’t just leave you guys hanging.
I promise to have some art related jargon tomorrow for you.
Also keep your eyes open in the next few weeks for some big news.
Hey guys just a small update, I’ll be away for a day or 2 starting yesterday actually. I’m in Columbia, South Carolina. Yes, and I am ultra excited!!… no I’m not. I’m not a big fan of the Southern states, especially not the “Bible Belt”. Wanna know more about SC? Check Wikipedia
So nothing too exciting going on, I am though headed to Palm Springs, California next month and then Montreal , Quebec the following month, so I’ll have something at least a little more exciting for you then.
In the meantime just wanted to say it’s great to see the EU side of laFraise growing and the quality of artist participation increase. I like to think of laFraise as a haven for talented artists and we’ve seen our fair share of great artists here.
Keep up the great work chums and keep those submissions coming.

Well it’s about that time for another winning announcement. We are winding down before the end of the year, but we have big things planned for you guys soon.
We only picked one winner from this contest, there were some excellent submissions, some of my favorites in awhile and it was great seeing you guys work with this theme, which I admit wasn’t the easiest theme to work with.
Congrats to Cuypi with the best score and pre-orders with the design Lost Dimension
I’d love for you guys to submit your designs for this contest to the regular contest as I really loved alot of them.
And again big congrats to Cuypi and to the rest of you for some top-notch designs.
Found this site a few weeks back and mean’t to share it with you guys. The site is called It’s Nice That and it is in fact, nice.
It seems like it features stuff from all over the internet, mainly artists, related websites, or even commercial products.
Sites like this are the reason I love the internet.
Big congrats to this week’s winners, one of which is EU’s very own MetaMephisto and his winning design Furry Faces You can checkout more of Mephisto’s work on his website
Congrats to the rest of the winners this week including:
Protect the Land! by Radiomode
le charmeur de… by Scroluna
and the geek symphony by Keuj
I’m sure we have some Daft Punk Daft Punk fans here. Well this was announced awhile back, Medicom Toy will be releasing a Daft Punk Bearbrick 400% 2pack this month.
I don’t have the details yet on where you can purchase them, but a quick Google search will bring that up I’m sure closer to the release date.
On another note, who else thinks that their best album was “Homework”?
