This was part of a contest we had a long time back. It revolved around this whole concept of mobile laFraise stores. I loved the concept overall and the overall execution. Here are a few words from the 2 design students responsible for the project; Fabian & Max:

Do you remember?

Beginning of the year two students in interior architecture
set out to develop a real shop for laFraise – with your help.

As we know, haste makes waste. Well, it´s accomplished, finally.
To present our helpers and supporters, to present YOU the final outcome,
we packed all the informations on a website and translated into English.

Have a look at the outcome and the way we got to it.

All details about the contests arranged on laFraise, the submissions and the winners you find under the point “crowdwork”.

We´re happy about a comment on the shoutbox.

And again, kudos to the laFraise-designers and lots of thanks to all supporters.
We had a great time.

Cheers to all
Fabian & Max

EDREM

From J3Concepts (Crew), on 2009-01-16 at 11:16

Came across this great little blog the other day. It’s called Edrem (Merde) and it’s a collection of black n white sketches from I dunno where. Despite the designs being so simple and at most times stupid, it can serve as a great source of inspiration and ideas. Something to spark the ol brain, or something just to waste some time on before your weekend.

My favs are:

New tee and new line of custom laFraise tees!!

From J3Concepts (Crew), on 2009-01-15 at 10:30

Well it’s that time again, we are back on track with printed tees coming out and we finally get to see some of the gems from the last few months. This next tee is printed on our custom line of laFraise tshirts (no more AA).

Meet the God of Hip Hop by Filter017. I love this one! Available now in the shop

Now additional to that, let me break down the new custom made laFraise tees.

The quality of the new shirts is a softer but tighter woven cotton. They are Silikon lined in shoulder seams, for better fit, so overuse won’t loosen the original shape of the shirt. They also have side seams for better fit and durability (no tube shirts!).

The shirts will still have the custom necklabels and care/wash instructions.

The size of AA tees varied so much that it was hard to always end up with the same sized shirt. With the new tees the size will match the size chart exactly, so no more guessing :)

The laFraise neckprint is not printed with the “transfer print” method anymore therefore you’ll get better, long lasting quality. The print itself is also improved to not wash out.

Sexy huh?
