On the occasion of the Berlin fashion week opening, we would like to present you 2 Tees from the collaboration of ESMOD and Collection of Hope, today.

Collection of Hope emerged from a collaboration of ESMOD (fashion school) with the association i-magine. The collection is an organic line that is produced by ESMOD. All revenue from sales will directly go to i-magine supporting the fight against AIDS in Africa.

The designs presented today are created of students from ESMOD and are reworked by PlaymoO (Thank you!). The prints are made of water-based colours on Continental „Earth Positiv“-Shirts (equivalent to Organic Shirts of American Apparel).

We are happy to support Collection of Hope in our own manner: please find a very very limited edition of the designs on laFraise.com. But hurry up – there are only 100 pieces of each shirt. All revenue of its sales equally goes directly to i-magine.

Well it’s been a long time coming. My wife and I promised eachother that once I got my US Permanent Residence (Green Card) we’d go on a big vacation, and yes you guessed it we are finally going.

This time we are headed to Tahiti for 9 days. Curious? checkout Wikipedia on Tahiti.

So this is goodbye for a little less than 2 weeks, but you’ll be left in good hands! Tobias (Tobi) will be taking over for the period and I’m sure he has some great posts planned for you guys.

Also, as a little parting gift I managed to work on some personal designs the other day, and I designed Tahitibot (click for full details). I figured it suiting :)

This series just recenlty came out from Incase, curated by Artkip, and designed by design studio HunterGatherer. And it’s pretty sexy I have to say.

Just a good example of great minds getting together to make a wonderful and practical product. (can’t say I like that orange though.)

Things have been rather chaotic at laFraise the past few weeks, so it’s always nice to just sit down, chill out and watch something cool. Amazing colour usage helps set this video apart from the norm. This is the latest track from Simian Mobile Disco and at first I didn’t like it too much. The song started to grow on me and the fact that it seems to be making fun of the music/media industry also made this one stand out.
