I had a whole post almost done on different Behance artists I was enjoying, but then my Firefox crashed and all Wordpress saved of the post was the title… so I’m over that post, instead here is a post on character artists I’ve been enjoying.
I do love myself illustrated characters, especially from the more vintage age of design.
Here are a few artists you might not of heard of yet:
The real truth is that we wanted to select this design. But we can’t print it in the form that it was submitted to the gallery, and without a perfect print, the design has less impact.
Very good idea from Naolito, but we were not really convinced that it would have a big impact without its title and … with the title it’s a copyright issue!
We were surprised by the final votes for this design. When it was submitted, we didn’t think it would get much support from the community, but you have decided differently (Maybe the shirt’s color?). So we will give a special mention to GIMETZCO because there is quite some work in there.

Congratulation to the four of you and thank you to all participants!
We should be making laFraise promo videos like this :)
Yeah it’s weird, I know, but it’s a great example of colour, shape, texture, movement and sound all working together…
and a possible inspirational point for the current Color contest.
