Don´t ask me why but I´m always remembering the song “Cry me a river” when reading the title “Draw me a rover“. If this was supposed to be like that?
In opposite to the song, we´re really in love with this design and happy that you did express this in votes! Malo has still some designs left, waiting for release but we can say that they all be published within the next weeks.
By making the choice for “Club Mustache” we´ve been d´accord with the votings and decided to give L.P. as a mostly unknown artist, support with this print. And we´re sure that this shirt wil definately find it´s lovers, too.
“Knock, Knock, Knock” has had a very big score, but the whole team could not imagine this one as a shirt design on laFraise. Instead it is a very beautiful illustration for a child´s book. That´s why it is placed on stage no. 2.
We really did like “Leaving It’s Mark” but the scores we´re not hat strong so the 3rd place is a nice gift from our side to FromDan.

Every thursday is selection announcement day…
Some of our french designers did see a “twittering” bird in this submission but we didn´t share this point of view at all ;-) Right in time, since the curse of the everlasting darkness has been broken and the sun light hits our eyes again, for the first time in this long winter… It is the right time for a spring design! Hello, little bird with sun glasses! If you are more into colored shirts or morbid fun, you may like our second winner design from Jaypaulo. Simplicity will be rewarded.
Until both shirts are available through our shop, we will be waiting patiently for the spring to come and hope this won´t take too long.

It is always the same with special contests! Hyperexiting until the end and really exhausting when it comes to the selection of only one winner. And why should it be easier this time? Both main competitors’ scores have been very close to eachother. There´s no space between a horse´s hair could have filled. Word! But we´ve decided to chose “The Valentines“. Both designs do have a high potential to be an LP cover or a band shirt on their own. MrWayne delivered a great artwork but in our second ballot, Monk did collect more votes and ended up as our winner. Even Lufograf’s idea of “The Vectors” did catch your and our eyes, but beneath those both competitors it was a bit too low in score.
We do hope, everyone enjoyed this special contest even if we only could give away one main price! Many thanks to all participants! Be courious about our next special contest and get ready to rumble!

Oxyd did miss a place under the sun just close but there´s no need to worry, as this means a bunch of brouzoufs for a free laFraise Shirt.
The design “Signal Overdrive” was also a fav´of ours but it wasn´t able to carry enough voting power for a win. Maybe this was due to the acid pink ;)
But there´s high potential, so continue submitting!
