Hi MAT.85,
Could you please introduce yourself in a few words, tell us who you are and where do you come from? Could you tell us how and why you became a graphic designer?
I’m from Vannes and I was always surrounded by drawing, I have a passion for comics that I share with my parents and they do a graphic job. They are doing screen printing and sometimes I did help us with the final files and I was hoping to switch to the other side one day. So the shirt is a family business. So as logical to me, I attended infography and multimedia courses where I met lots of cool people (and my girlfriend – kom-L – is part of it) and I am working in the center of France as graphic designer and illustrator.

Could you tell us how did you conceive your design “Escape from neverland” and how did the idea come? What has inspired you and what is the story behind it?
I like fantasy and Science-Fi movies and I have seen a lot and which of them where Harry Potter. I get often inspired by these movies but as for “escape from neverland”, it’s more inspired from a cartoon and fairy tales. At this moment I was looking for inspiration for a child book project and then the idea came.

How long do you know laFraise and how did you know us?
I know laFraise from a graphic design 4 years ago. I only watched for long and since early this year, I decided to make the step and submit.
+++
If you would recommend us, what would you say?
It’s a site where you can find creative, fun and colorful shirts. And I have already recommended it to my friends and family.
+++
Have you got other hobbies than drawing, which are?
I look at more inspiration and listen a lot of music, watch lots of movies and spend a lot of time on Internet. But I love being just around a pizza with my friends and then play nice video games or watching football.
+++
What are your expectations for this year and the next one?
Get my company run, make my children book concrete and more and more designs.

Could you please draw us your interpretation of strawberries with Chantilly cream? Thanks for the interview and the drawing!
