More reminiscent of my older work/style. Needed to flex my design muscle, haven’t been able to do any full on personal work in about 2 months. This is a pseudo album cover for a pseudo band, along with tshirt merchandise.
laFraise has been keeping me fairly busy over the last few months along with other freelance endeavors, so it’s nice to be able to sit down and work on some personal projects. Face is based on an image of my wife from a few years back. Full details on Behance.
Lessons in Leaving Your World Behind is a showcase of some of my favorite work from the last 2-3 years. The showcase was presented on December 3rd at Design Commission Gallery at 310 South Washington St., Seattle, WA and featured 25-30 pieces. The show consisted of current work along with some pieces that have never been available before as prints. All pieces are for sale. There is also 3 Limited Edition framed prints for sale.
Opening night we already sold a number of pieces and the feedback was all positive. The show overall went great and the gallery was packed for most of the night.
I wasn’t sure initially how people would respond to a solely digital show, but the response was excellent, that’s all I could have asked for.
Thanks to all who attended and showed their support.
Thanks to Design Commission Gallery and big thanks to my Intern Eleanor Harvey and Matty Mitchell for the mural painting and show setup.
This painting is for the opening night event of Lessons in Leaving Your World Behind.
My intern (Eleanor) and an employee at Design Commission Gallery (Matty) painted this mural on the entrance wall for the show.
The design is based off my work, For the Love of the Ever Expanding Black Mass.

Just recently had a feature and cover art project with Big Up Magazine. They wanted to use a variation on my Psychedelic Apples of Death design from a few months back.
They wanted a few changes such as the integration of their logo and some music related themes.
This is the result:
Things have been awfully busy lately with laFraise and with my other work.
I just recently worked on an initial album concept launch design for the Russian band Non Cadenza.
You can checkout full details at Sweet Content and vote for the design. (I think the site is currently down, try again later)
This piece is closer in line to my older editorial work, but with my more traditional colouring style.
Big thanks to TwiggXstock for the reference photo.
